YO Kalle Cheese Steak,

give LONDONYMO a listen. Its a double-disc live album by a regrouped YMO that finds the group reworking their old songs and solo material. It has a different feel from their early stuff but captures much of the same spirit in a much more modern sound. I love it, especially "Sportsman".

I hope I don't sound like an entitled ass-clown, but FOR CHRIST'S SAKE PUT OUT AN ALBUM ALREADY!!!

You are one of the most talented songwriters of this generation and you are letting it all go to waste--for what? Hopefully, not a dead-end job. Not a girlfriend who may not be with you for another 6 months.

I hope you are making music. Maybe you are driven by the madness of the above comments and have decided to archive your songs to be released posthumously.

I'll be here waiting.

BUT FOR FUCKS SAKES DONT WASTE IT ALL.

Get to work, Kalle. The REAL work!

You are right, allstair
It´s been to long.
To long with uncertainty, doubt, heartbreak, money.
It´s gonna be put out.
this year.
Something new.
I´m sorry.
Nobody ask for my music
therefore I imagine it´s ok for me to wait.
But I know.
I´m gonna start this muther fucking wheel now.
I wasn´t ready for this before.
But I am now.
I Promise.

Haha. That's all I wanted to hear, man. Just that you are working and doing what you love.

It's been a painful wait for new Embassy, Lo-fi-fnk, Jens, Honeydrips, and, above all, you (Kalle J). I've been checking your blog and myspace weekly for like fucking ever, waiting for something new to appear.

Don't let something as silly as money stop you. There are labels that would die for an artist as talented as you. Not to mention I and many more fans would happily donate money if it meant getting more Kalle J releases.

It means the world to me that people want to hear my music and your message really affected me, you know. The push your giving me is so fucking refreshing, man, u don´t have an idea. there has been so much shit and weak problems (money wasn´t (is never) really a major problem). I can´t tell them just here. But for someone to care, thats worth all the dollars. Yeah, I will put out new music under my name, and in another form this year. Thank you!!!
I will strike again. Promise

Great.

There's some other things I'd like to say to you both as a fan and a music critic, so if you'd like to continue the conversation send me an email at: labcoatdisaster (at) gmail (dot) com
